Shipping & Return Policy


Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).

For in-stock items, please allow 24-48 hours for your order to ship. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with additional tracking information.

Our standard shipping typically delivers to anywhere in the continental US within 5 business days. For items that are in production, please note the estimated time for your Wanderwell's be carefully made and shipped to you. We are always working to complete your order as quickly as we can - we know you're eager to slip on your new kicks.

We offer free shipping both ways on exchanges in the United States. *Excludes APO, DPO, and FPO addresses*

Orders must be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. We can only accept exchanges for items that are new and unworn.

Please use this link to begin the the return process and you will receive a prepaid shipping label. You are also welcome to ship the item back to us using a carrier of your choice. 

The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund or credit, unless an item is defective or damaged. Shipping costs are calculated based on location and size of package. Refunds and/or credits will be applied to the original method of payment once all items have been received and inspected. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the item(s) have been received.

Please note: If 30 days or more have passed since the delivery of your order, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
